Refund Policy

Items purchased that are not used or worn, with the exception to heat-pressed named or numbered items (personalized), can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund with the receipt present. All personalized items are non-refundable unless it can be shown defective. All refunds must be done in the store. Any defective item can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after the purchase date with the receipt present. It will then be up to the store manager to determine if the item is defective. Items no longer in original packaging or a missing tag are non-refundable.

Unclaimed Orders

Any order that has been purchased and not claimed 60 days from "order ready" notification, with the exceptions of personalized item(s), will be restocked and refunded less a 15% restocking fee. Any personalized item(s) will be considered forfeited and will be donated to a local charity with no refund or credit provided.

Any unpaid order not claimed will be restocked after 30 days from "order ready" notification.
